Counselling offers you an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive and confidential setting, with someone who is trained neither to judge nor advise. Coaching is about getting more from life; more enjoyment, more satisfaction and more success. The focus for either could be something to do with your job, work/life balance, relationships, roles in life or specific situations which are proving difficult to resolve.

What both of these experiences have in common is that they are conversation based and involve the development of a trusting relationship with someone who is qualified, trained and skilled in asking insightful questions, reflecting, summarising and sensitively challenging.
